Anti-Diversion Policy

Product diversion is when someone who is not authorized to sell a product obtains the product illegally and sells it. Or even worse, tampers with the product and then sells it as the original. Professional hair care products are meant to be sold by Cosmetologists licensed by their State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

HairCareChoices.com is a retail online boutique supported by Spa Plaza located at 1620 Continental Street, Redding, CA 96001. We do not sell wholesale or at discounts below recommended manufacture pricing. It is our goal to stop online diversion in order to maintain the integrity and quality of professional products developed for salons. Therefore, we do not sell internationally or to any areas not governed by the United States. We also do not allow more than 6 each of any product to be purchased. This is to insure the product is not being tampered with or resold. We only sell professional products.

HairCareChoices.com is a convenient way to avoid that extra trip to the beauty supply store for those more comfortable with online shopping. It is for the elderly or handicap who cannot drive and are excited to receive their products so easily. It is for the mother who moved to another area and can't find her favorite products locally. There are many reasons for our customers to shop with us. It is friendly professional advice whenever you need it. Yes, www.haircarechoice.com is supported by licensed Cosmetologists offering professional advice via email. (cosmetologist@haircarechoices.com)

All of the products you purchase from www.HairCareChoices.com have been purchased directly from their manufacturer or their approved distributor. For the sake of the professional hair care industry and the quality of professional products, do not buy hair products off eBay or from any website that does not have a salon address. This is the only way to insure you are purchasing an authentic product. If a salon is purchasing products legitimately, they would not be allowed to sell them on eBay. To sell professional salon products legally, you must have a salon in operation and a current licensed Cosmetologist performing services at that same address that have both been approved by their product representative.

If you know of someone diverting products, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-409-7227.

Thank you for your support.
