My only complaint with Goldwell is the constant changes in packaging make it difficult for customers to find their product. Just as soon as you get deeply attached to your Goldwell product they will change it and it is up to you whether it is an improvement. Most people don’t like changes when they are attached to a product. Hair dressers struggle to convince their clients that the package is new but the product didn’t change. If it looks different on the outside they think the product is different also.
