The cleanser can be rinsed or wiped away easily for skin so sensitive that it cannot tolerate water. Directions for use

Apply to damp or dry skin (depending on your preference) using light, upward strokes. Spread over closed eyes with small circular motions. Rinse well with warm water, or remove using damp cotton pads.
