Starting at the nape of the neck, separate hair into a 1-inch section. Position the iron as close to the root as possible, making sure not to touch the iron to the scalp. Place hair in between the iron plates and glide iron over hair until you pass over the ends. Repeat on sections of hair until desired look is achieved.
