Directions for use
Applying :
blinc mascara must be applied on a clean dry surface in order for the formula to adhere properly. Give the mascara about 2 minutes to dry completely and to begin forming the tubes around your lashes. Do not let it set before applying another coat, keep applying coats until you satisfied with the the look of them and then let it set.
