This eyeliner is a water-resistant ''layer of color'' that contours your eyes. Since blinc is not a cosmetic paint like conventional liners, it cannot fade, smudge, run or flake, even if you cry and rub your eyes.
Directions for use
Apply you the lash line to intensify your eyes. Once it comes time to remove, simply use warm water and slightly rub off and it will come off in a strip because it is tube that sits on top of your eye.
