I have been using the shampoo, vitamins and biotin cream for about 6 months and it really does work. I have a receding hair line and the typical balding spot in the back and both are filling in. You have to give it time to work as the new hairs come in as baby hairs and have to mature to see it working. I wish I would have taken a before picture. Even the front hairline is filling in. My hair looks like it did over 6 years ago. If it keeps working and it is all my bald spots will be completely filled in even in the front.
