The shampoo and conditioner are FANTASTIC for any and all hair types. I have long hair that has heavy highlights/color and a friend brought this to me. I LOVE it and it is the only kind of shampoo I will use now. If you care about your hair and the way it looks this is for you. I would reccomend this to ALL!
